About the Whole Community Conference
As part of the FEMA Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP), the 2013 Whole Community Conference, sponsored by the IL-IN-WI Regional Catastrophic Planning Team (RCPT), will bring together emergency management, public health, human services and disability stakeholders from throughout IL-IN-WI Combined Statistical Area to enhance regional catastrophic incident preparedness by engaging the whole community in the planning process.

This two and a half day conference builds picks up where last year's conference left off and will examine some of the greatest challenges in inclusive emergency planning and focus on developing substantive traditional and non-traditional emergency management partnerships.  This conference will address core holistic issues of whole community planning and expand outward to develop tangible planning goals and objectives for local, state and regional communities to implement post-conference.
