is taking place May 1 - 3 in Grand Rapids, MI. Governor McCallum's keynote speech is titled: "Community Resiliency Starts with Community". He will be joined as a keynote speaker by a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a Captain of the Michigan Department of State Police, a member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a Special Agent for the FBI - Detroit Office.
